Seasoned. I’ve been hauling my cookies around the U.S. (and the world) for the last five years on a completely plant (ok, and wine) based diet. I’ve lived the good, bad and really ugly of eating vegan at restaurants, cooking at home and even while camping!
Educated. I earned my Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell and not just so that I could tout that I’m Ivy League educated in this field. There’s so much info floating out there. I’m here to clear up misconceptions and help shine light on how delightful veganism can be.
